Rock field where I jump from rock to rock

Just about today, August 15, 2016

I will be 77-years old in November.

6:30 - 2.5 mile fast walk, where I also do chin-ups/pull-ups on playground equipment at 3 different parks, and walk balancing on the 4" curbs between the grass and the lower pavement, and do a "rock hop" on the field of large rocks pictured above.

Breakfast

8:30 - 20 mile bike ride

10:30 - 500 yard swim

Then lunch with wife.
