My workout space

I prefer to workout at home. I have a set of stacked weights, and a weight bench and a recumbent bike.


It's in my basement, which is well lit and open to the air in the summer. At 67, I lift weights super slow once a week (love to hear your opinion on super slow, Logan) recumbent bike about three times a week, and walk when I can.

Feel great, have some arthritis in my knees, a bit of Achilles tendonitis. Doesn't slow me down.
