My Body Is My Exercise Machine

by Robert

I will be 80 in June, am a cancer survivor with dual hip replacements, and have been forced to realize my limitations, thus I do a simple effective bodyweight circuit routine. I do 15 reps of pushups, 15 reps of crunches, and 15 reps of squats, for 15 minutes, non-stop, no rest between exercises or sets. I follow this with a brisk 30 minute walk. It's a routine that can be done anywhere with no equipment except your own body. I do this 4-5 times a week.

Exercise and Cancer.
by: Henry Young

Admirable. I understand exercise is terribly important for cancer prevention and surely for cancer survivors to avoid cancer coming back.
Keep going.
